As an Arlington Couple, you will have exclusive use of the Arlington Mansion & Gardens for both you and your guests, as well as extensive set up & decorating time on the day of your event! Always know that we are here to help you enjoy, not only your wedding day, but every day leading up to it. We want you to take in every moment of this special time!

* For all packages, a list of approved vendors will be provided. A list of all contracted vendors must be provided to the venue 60 days prior to event.

* A non-refundable deposit of 50% is due at contract signing. All balances must be paid 60 days prior to event.

Bridal Photos

Access to the Mansion and Gardens for Engagement Photos or Bridal Portraits on a scheduled date/time

Wedding Day

Exclusive and full use of the Mansion, Carriage House and Grounds on your wedding day
Access to the grounds on a scheduled day during your wedding week for your 1-hour ceremony rehearsal
Coordinating vendor set up and breakdown of ceremony and reception included
Arlington wedding attendant will assist you on your wedding day
Bride and bridesmaids will have use of the Mansions’ Bridal Suite and Gallery for hair, makeup, and dressing
Groom and groomsmen will have use of the Mansions’ Carriage House for staging and dressing
Access to Arlington’s preferred vendor list

Five-hour ceremony and reception
Wedding attendant to guide your guests throughout the event
Self-serve water stand for your guests prior to the ceremony
The option for your Wedding and Grooms cake to be displayed inside the mansion
Professional staff and security during your ceremony and reception
White resin folding chairs and tables including white linens for up to100 people included.
Additional guests can be added for an additional fee.

Honeymoon Night (additional fee)

End your special day with a romantic night in the Historic Arlington Mansion. Our private Elegant Honeymoon Master Suite is on the second floor of the home. It includes your choice of Champagne or Wine and complimentary favors to ensure your night is one you’ll always remember. You and your loved one will be able to enjoy scenic views overlooking Bayou Teche and our English Gardens from the second story glass gallery. Check out is at 11:00 am the next morning.
